Rockstar Games, which launched GTA III 20 years ago in October, took to Twitter to confirm the launch of the Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition, saying that it “will be coming to current generation platforms later this year”. You can't manually move the camera however you want, you just hit the R button to focus the camera forward, that's it.The maker of the Grand Theft Auto (GTA) series has confirmed the release of the GTA remastered trilogy, officially named Grand Theft Auto: The Trilogy – The Definitive Edition. The only ONLY downside to these games is the camera control. Once you beat the game, you also unlock the option to view all the cutscenes in the game any time you want. VC has a great story with many memorable characters and lots of foreshadowing to the actual PS2 game VC. Both games have unlockable outfits, but I believe VC has considerably more. The territory and business mechanic weren't exactly console-caliber, but it's still quite impressive for a PSP game. Vice City allows the PC to swim, fly planes, fly helicopters, own many many properties and do with them as he pleases (change businesses). The missions are very traditional GTA, you still get different safehouses, each with pretty cool interiors, but Vice City is still 3x the game LC is. Liberty City also does not (Legally) have helicopters in the game, making driving your only real option. Liberty City doesn't really have very many cutscenes, instead the characters just stand there and talk, no complex movement or camera angles. Liberty City isn't bad, but Vice City is better in every way possible. I played both and still haven't purchased either for Vita.
